ONLINE AUCTION GUIDELINES

Bidding will begin Wednesday, March 10th.

Absentee bids will be accepted until 7pm on Sunday, March 14th. Bidding will recommence during the event at Sotheby's from 7–9pm. The silent auction will close promptly at 9pm. Absentee bidders who wish to bid via phone may indicate so on their bid form.  All bids are binding, and 100% of the proceeds go to Partners in Health's Haiti relief efforts.

If bidding in person at the event on March 15th, payment is due in full that evening via a check payable to Partners in Health. Artwork should be picked up the night of the event. Should the successful bidder not be present, they will be notified the morning of Tuesday, March 16th, and payment is due no later than Thursday, March 18th.

Thank you in advance for your generosity in helping rebuild Haiti. Please download the PDF form and return it promptly via fax or email as indicated on the form. In the case of identical bids, the earliest bid received will take precedence.

PRICING GUIDELINES

Unless otherwise indicated with a minimum starting bid, all the art is being offered at $0 reserve due to the generosity of donating artists, galleries, and foundations. We are trying to raise as much money as possible for Haiti, and we hope that you will be generous with your bids for these unique and beautiful works. Partners in Health will receipt all purchases for tax deduction purposes. When applicable, buyers are responsible for shipping costs and NY sales tax.
